The dance music superbrand has produced the documentary as a way to highlight the scene, and promote its new hardcore compilation CD 'Helter Skelter Presents United in Hardcore'.
Hardcore continues to confound its critics, and is one of the most popular genres of dance music in the UK. Ministry's last Helter Skelter compilation sold over 100,000 copies alone – a huge amount for any dance music CD.
The video features interviews with hardcore linchpins Billy Bunter, Tim Taylor, Vinyl Groover, DJ Flashback, DJ Vibes, and Slipmatt.
The idea behind MOS' hardcore albums is to unite three of the biggest hardcore DJs – Dougal, Slipmatt, and Billy Bunter - to create a mix that showcases the history of Helter Skelter from 1992 – 2006.
