Whi le the persistent popping of fireworks take over the night sky on 5th November, deep inside some dark, dusty arches in Elephant and Castle, explosions of a very different kind will whip London’s club kids into feral rapture – much like the petrified pets penned inside people’s houses across the city.
Why? Because Audiofly’s Supernature imprint is stopping off at Corsica Studios to bring it’s own glittering display of dancefloor dynamite, brought by the label owners themselves, Toronto duo My Favourite Robot, Hypercolour spin off Glass Table and Alex Niggermann in Room One, plus Tom Demac (live), Catz N Dogz and Alex Jones in Room Two.
Fresh from dropping his ‘Elements of Desire EP’ onto the imprint earlier in the year, My Favourite Robot co-boss James Teej returns to the UK shortly after his extensive tour of South and Central America, just months before he drops his eagerly anticipated album onto Poker Flat. Audiofly landed their widely acclaimed album, ‘Follow My Liebe’ earlier in March and Polish duo Catz & Dogz have been eagerly joining the dots between house, techno and bass on their label Pets Recordings ever since dropping their awesome album, ‘Escape From Zoo’, at the tail end of last year. You really cannot argue with this line up…
And not only are we giving away two free tickets to the party, we also have three My Favourite Robot T-shirts and a copy of Murphy Jax’s, Masters or Meta Space EP (Oct 2011). To win, just simply send the answer to the following question to email@example.com
Alex Jones’ recent tune on Hypercolour was called what?
A) Destroying Dancefloors
B) Disappointing Dancefloors
C) Decimating Dancefloors
