You do tend to forget that although Quantic can knock out a mean funk to Latin all-inclusive groove (that actually being somewhat of an understatement), he is more than capable of adding more electronics to the mix and toughening things up. In fact, by the sounds of this remix for Brownswood, he may have just stepped off the plane from Ibiza. Utilising full vocal parts, adding top-end Afro synth lines and cavernous stabs, you're more likely to hear this at Cocoon than a funk club. This is certainly saying something!
