The Downtown Neighbors Alliance will no longer be taking action against the Miami festival

It'll be the second year that the festival has not taken place

 It will be the first time the festival hasn't taken place since it first started in 1999

Miami officials want to postpone the festival "to a later date when we'll have a better idea of where we're heading with the coronavirus" 

More acts are heading to Bayfront Park
