Vans are celebrating a decade of House of Vans with a release of a new retrospective book, House of Vans - If These Walls Could Talk.
Across 200 pages, If These Walls Could Talk collates photographs, stories and moments from the last 10 years on the House of Vans stages, which include permanent spaces in New York, London, and Chicago, as well as past pop-up venues in Toronto, Berlin, Shanghai, São Paulo, Austin and more.
Carl E. "Chucky" Thompson, the hip-hop and R&B producer best known for his work with Bad Boy Records, has died, aged 53.
As a member of Bad Boy's in-house production team the Hitmen, Thompson was responsible for some of the biggest hits of '90s hip-hop and R&B, including the Notorious B.I.G.'s 'Big Poppa', Nas' 'One Mic' and Faith Evans' 'You Used To Love Me'. He also produced tracks for the likes of Usher and Mary J. Blige.
Nas will drop a new album next week.
Serving as the New York-born rapper's 13th studio album, 'King’s Disease II' will be released via Nas's Mass Appeal label, and is the follow up record to 2020's Grammy-winning 'King's Disease'.
Although no details surrounding 'King's Disease II' have been shared, last year's LP featured the likes of Anderson .Paak, Big Sean and ASAP Ferg.

Yesterday (8th June), a handful of artists, athletes and music industry professionals signed an open letter, asking New York City to repeal statute 50-A.
Statute 50-A is a law that conceals a police officers' personnel records from public view, and those signing the letter urged the government to provide complete transparency on employees within law enforcement.
DJ Shadow has announced details of a new double album, to be titled 'Our Pathetic Age'.
Taking in 23 tracks in total, the album includes guest appearances from Nas, Run The Jewels, De La Soul and Wu-Tang Clan's Ghostface Killah, Raekwon and Inspectah Deck. The first part of the album will be a solo effort, while the second part is devoted to features.
"Despite the title, it's a hopeful, vibrant album," explains DJ Shadow, adding that "there is always light in darkness. I want it to reflect the times we live in, a signpost in the ground to mark the era... Our Pathetic Age."
Well-known producer and DJ Shiba San, has risen to global dance fame thanks to a croft stellar production and his much-hyped 2014 LP, 'All About Booty'.
