Swedish House Mafia's new album is "close," according to the group.

Three months on from saying that 'Paradise Again' will arrive later in 2021, the trio - Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso - appeared on Zane Lowe's Apple Music 1 show, where they discussed the status of the release.

Swedish House Mafia have released their long-awaited collaboration with The Weeknd, 'Moth To A Flame'.

Out today, the track was first teased during the Swedish trio's performance at September's MTV VMAs when The Weeknd also posted a pair of snippets of music to his Instagram page.

Swedish House Mafia will perform at the MTV VMAs next weekend. 

The ceremony, hosted by Doja Cat, will air live to the world on Sunday 12th September at 8PM EST on MTV.

Swedish House Mafia have confirmed their new album, 'Paradise Again', is coming after unveiling a new single, 'Lifetime', with 070 Shake and Ty Dolla $ign earlier this week. 

Swedish House Mafia posters have appeared at locations around the world apparently teasing something that will be revealed this Friday 17th July. 

Details are scarce, but social media posts show a new poster campaign has launched, comprising three white dots on a black background, alongside the aforementioned date — which coincides with the second drop of Record Store Day 2021 releases. 

Swedish House Mafia returned to the UK stage over the weekend with a headline appearance at Creamfields, their first appearance in the country since they last played the festival in 2011.

Being the master teases that they are, they couldn't leave the stage without hinting at some forthcoming news and at the tail-end of the show, a visual was displayed simply reading "06.09.19". 

Swedish House Mafia recently premiered a brand new track called Underneath It All at their first first reunion gig of the year in Stockholm.

The track was one of a number of unreleased songs that the trio debuted during the show, which kicked off a busy summer of touring for them. It's not yet known whose vocals feature on the track which can be heard below, but the track maintains the anthemic singalong nature of past tracks from the Swedes.

Swedish House Mafia's reunion shows have been thrown into turmoil due to a Swedish pilot strike. 

Hype has been building around the EDM super-group's dates since October, with performances set for Stockholm's Tele2 Arena on Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th May. But staff at Scandinavian carrier SAS have staged a walkout after negotiations with management broke down. 

Swedish House Mafia are opening a special photography and film exhibition later this month called 'Purgatorium'.
